How do I find a destination using FordPass^™?

To use the Map feature in FordPass:

• Your vehicle must have SYNC^® 3 with an In-Vehicle Navigation System.
• You must disable ​Android Auto™ or Apple CarPlay^®.
• Location Services must be turned on.

There are several ways to search for Destinations using the FordPass app. You can find a destination manually by manipulating the map to confirm your final destination, using the predictive search, or selecting the respective category on the Map screen. Once you confirm your Point of Interest (POI), you'll receive the location details and then have the ability to navigate accordingly via Send to Vehicle (requires SYNC 3 navigation) or Open in Map App (your phone's navigation system).

To search for a Destination:

1. Navigate to the Map landing page.
2. Select a category or type in the Going somewhere? search box.
3. You'll be presented with a map view list of POI results. 
   • Note: You can Sort and Filter your results. 
4. Select your destination.
5. The POI details should display as well as your navigation options including:
   • Open in Map.
   • Send to Vehicle.
